Brian Malarkey
Brian Malarkey is one of the country’s most successful and sought-after restaurateurs. Throughout his career, he has developed over 15 wildly successful restaurant concepts. With his longtime business partner, Christopher Puffer, he founded Puffer Malarkey Collective, a restaurant group that consists of six concepts in San Diego and Orange County. These include ANIMAE, Herb & Wood, and Herb & Sea in San Diego, and Herb & Ranch in Orange County.
